  • Patterson Mold and Tool, a $4.4 Million investment with 19 new jobs
  • LMI Aerospace, a $4.3 Million investment with 100 new jobs
  • Mercy Medical’s  newest health care clinic in St. Charles
  • Eastern Metal Supply’s new 68,000 SF distribution center
  • Streets of St. Charles, a $185 Million mixed-use development with over 1 Million square feet of office, retail and residential
  • University Commons, a 350,000 SF retail development under construction
  • Pharma Medica Research, a $30 Million investment with 320 jobs
