Low Cost of Living

Cost of living is a significant factor both businesses and residents.  When it comes to national standards on affordability, St. Charles, the St. Louis region and the State of Missouri has proven track record.  The cost of living in St. Charles is 3.5 % less than the national average and significantly lower than many of its competitors.
